Who you're hiring
A second-generation master builder.
Rob Spinelli learned this trade the way it used to be learned — in the family, under a master builder, on the finish end of the work, where the standard is whether a miter closes and a tile line holds true across a room.
Southeastern Michigan has some of the oldest housing stock in the country, and it was built well. The production builders are busy with subdivisions and quality labor is short, which leaves the custom work, the finished basements and the full gut rehabs to the shops that want them. That's our lane, deliberately.
People put off renovations they can afford because they've heard the stories. Crews that start strong and disappear. Tile that was never laid out. Work that simply wasn't good — done once, done wrong, lived with. We built this company to be the answer to that, and we're glad to hand you the list of clients to call.
